- Completed Westfield Parish Council Contractor Selection Questionnaire
- Completed pricing schedule and form of tender, including proposed contract period and start date on form of tender.
- Preliminary Brief but project specific Method Statements as required by section A30 500 of the ITT
- Please also provide a brief summary of up to three similar successful projects undertaken by your organisation.
